A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic Document Control team as a Student Support member, where you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our documentation processes. Imagine being at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all documents are organized, accessible, and aligned with our protocols. You will assist in the preparation of purchase orders and support the custom clearance process, collaborating closely with team members and collaborators. Your contributions will not only improve our efficiency but also support our mission of maintaining high standards in document integrity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will assist in coordinating, storing, and retrieving documents to ensure seamless access for authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with the primary Document Controller to maintain document integrity and compliance, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
- Help manage access permissions for various documents and systems, monitoring for any access control issues.
- Provide general administrative support to the Document Control and Tools & Equipment team, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators regarding document-related inquiries, encouraging smooth operations within the team.
What You Bring
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration or Information Management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are your strengths, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for your success in this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to confidently interact with a variety of collaborators.
- You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
About the team
Our Heavy Lift department within the Service organization is responsible for major component exchanges on offshore wind turbine generators, with the help of jack-up vessels. The Heavy Lift department's Document Control team has two members who work closely with internal and external partners. There is a great team spirit and close collaboration across the different functions, with a very high focus on safety and wellbeing in all our operations. Heavy Lift is an exciting, international and dynamic part of the organization.
