- Act as a peer to the Global Process Owner for Service, the S4E-TI Lead and team, and other Business Areas, actively shaping global design decisions for Service within SAP
- Define, standardize, and continuously improve service processes within SAP S/4HANA, balancing global harmonization with local execution requirements
- Manage Service capability across multiple rollout entities, understanding necessary organizational changes
- Serve as the central spokesperson for Service Capabilities within the business area, providing clarity, direction, and transparency across stakeholders
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of project-related processes with other SAP modules and identify process improvement opportunities
- Degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Longstanding experience with end-to-end project processes and SAP-based service processes and tools (e.g. SAP FSM, TCTP, Salesforce), ideally in global or multi-entity transformation programs
- Ability to balance global standardization with local execution needs as well as analytical skills to structure complexity and find sustainable solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in fluent English and good German, since the main project language is English
