Join our dynamic team in Genova, where we focus on developing pioneering Control and Digitalization technologies for both centralized and decentralized energy production. As a Sales Manager, you will coordinate all sales activities, driving specific goals across diverse products and customer segments in alignment with our Business Unit Strategy. Imagine being at the forefront of innovation, ensuring high reliability and optimal performance of rotating power equipment in the utility, oil & gas, and industrial processing industries worldwide.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop positive relationships with customers, actively seeking new opportunities while presenting Controls and Digitalization solutions and service contracts for Power Generation.
- Influence key partners and the decision-makers within customer organizations to drive sales success.
- Develop and apply tools, reports, and dashboards to evaluate sales trends against budget, enabling management to define accurate annual forecasts.
- Present the most effective technical and commercial solutions, arranging contracts that meet customer needs.
- Lead opportunities and offers for both national and international markets, expanding our reach and impact.
- Propose consulting services aimed at the digitalization of machines or plants, enhancing energy efficiency and growing our service offerings, including assistance, maintenance, spare parts sales, and updates.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of consistent professional experience in Sales, preferably within a multinational company.
- Experience with DCS, Control Systems, AVR, and Digitalization is a significant advantage.
- Excellent diplomacy and communication skills that foster strong relationships.
- Flexibility to travel frequently for business, both nationally (at least 60% of the time) and internationally.
- Proficiency in Italian and English at a professional working level; knowledge of German is desirable.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
