A Snapshot of Your Day 

Working closely with the Regional HR Services Team, your day will be centered on EUPTD-related activities, with a strong focus on managing employee tickets and HR administrative tasks linked to the European Pay Transparency Directive. You will support employees with right-to-information queries, ensuring requests are handled accurately, consistently, and in line with internal processes and service expectations. A key part of your role will be coordinating EUPTD-related activities across the European countries implementing the new directive, working closely with HR and Compensation & Benefits teams to support process execution, provide guidance on EUPTD topics, and help ensure compliant and effective HR service delivery.


How You’ll Make a difference

  • A "Regional HR Services Specialist" works alongside the Regional HR Services Manager, ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an eco-system of providers i.e., employee life cycle support, employee inquires, people and organizational data management, etc
  • Responsible for the operational delivery of HR administrative tasks
  • Support in driving change initiatives in area of responsibility
  • Building and strengthening process know-how to future proof the organization.  
  • Support of other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g., contributing regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries.  
  • Work closely and support in the service management of the business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, whilst playing a key role on deficiency resolution. 
  • A contributor in our global HR transformation project, whilst ensuring continuing of existing operations


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on human resources or comparable know how/experience. 
  • Professional experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e., HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk).
  • Experience in supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services.
  • Track record in supporting the delivery of change / improvement projects, specifically in HR services.
  • Fluent (verbal & written) in both the French and English language.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability, self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others, and ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required
  • Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – SE HR PS&S People Services & Systems, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. Handling various topics spread across HR operations and geographies will be intense, global and require certain flexibility and commitment.
