A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Client Sales Manager is a client facing position that operates based in Houston, TX, focusing on installed Steam Turbine, reciprocating compressors and centrifugal compressors.  Through direct interactions with customers, the Client Sales Manager will develop an understanding of customers’ business needs and goals. Through collaboration with product and services experts, the Client Sales Manager will align the appropriate Siemens Energy’s solutions with their customers’ needs and goals.

The Client Sales Manager is the single face of the organization to their customers, owns the account relationships, and plays an integral role so all customers experience world-class service and support.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

 

  • Development and execution of an annual vigorous Territory Plan
  • Management and deployment of selling resources within the Territory
  • Opportunity Management Tracking/Forecasting and Competitive Awareness
  • Win/Loss Reporting, Defining/Communicating Client Needs/Market Conditions

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or Business
  • 6 + years of experience in rotating equipment industry with knowledge of turbo/reciprocating/steam applications.
  • Strong client relationship building at all levels.
  • Organized, self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
  • Travel 50% in the territory of major accounts (Domestic only).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
