Are you ready to join an international, diversified and energetic team? In Treasury & Corporate Finance (TCF), Asia Pacific and China team, which has team members located in 5 countries, we manage various treasury and trade finance activities in a dynamic region for Siemens Energy. Furthermore, you will have the chance to implement the best-in-class treasury solutions and drive transformation and digitalization. How You’ll Make an Impact
You will be part of Trade Finance team to provide robust and agile cash, liquidity and payment infrastructure and to ensure proper control and security over cash and payments for Siemens Energy companies in Asia Pacific and China.
Outbound Guarantee and Letter of Credit
• Assist set-up and maintenance of trade finance facilities and monitor their utilization.
• Issuance, management, and advisory of outbound guarantees and letters of credit.
• Regular outbound guarantee and letter of credit portfolio reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage guarantee commission charging and allocation.
Working Capital Financing
• Monitor and manage supply chain finance program.
• Quotation for bank draft discounting.
• Advisory on working capital financing solutions.
Other Tasks
• Ensure compliance with regulation and Siemens Energy Standards on above topics.
• Provide training, advisory and solutions on above topics.
• Continued process and solution optimization and digitization.
• Drive trade finance implementation in M&A projects.
• Ensure proper record keeping, consistency and transparency of TCF transactions.
• Support internal control and audit for above activities.
What You Bring
• Academic background: minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance.
• 5-10 years’ experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in business English and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in using treasury management systems.
• A team player with strong sense of ownership.
• Decent learning agility and analytical and problem-solving skills.

The purpose of TCF is to safeguard the financial sustainability of the Group through financial risk identification, quantification & management and to support the business by providing Treasury, Corporate & Project Finance solutions, including structuring expertise for sales-related financing solutions.
At TCF Asia Pacific and China, we manage a wide range of treasury and trade finance topics. We collaborate internally with both TCF headquarters functions and finance and business communities in the region and externally with banking partners and regulators. We are uniquely positioned to provide integrated TCF solutions to Siemens Energy companies in this fast-growing region.
