Working close to the Project Manager, you will often act as the “middle man" between engineering, internal partners, manufacturing, procurement and tests, while ordering components and defining technical concepts


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets

  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team 

  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables

  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization

  • Defining and discussing project concepts with internal partner, based on contract specifications

  • Ordering and following up on status of all required equipment for the project


What You Bring

  • Masters in Engineering related to energy generation and/or automation and control

  • At least 1-2 years experience in similar functions

  • Capability to follow processes but still be proactive and think outside the box

  • Great communication skills. Fluent in English - Mandatory. German is a plus

  • Ability to keep focus on all times to assure high quality in the work you deliver.

  • Easily adapt to different type of projects, teams, partners, and workload fluctuations

  • Cultural Sensitivity as we work with partners all around the world
