As part of our service activities in High Voltage Electrical Equipment (65kV < x < 400kV) in Belgium and Luxembourg, you are responsible for developing and handling commercial opportunities with our clients.

Your mission is to promote our high-voltage switchgear maintenance activities, installation and renovation of high-voltage substations, as well as long-term opportunities and contracts for HVDC electricity transport solutions and/or Grid Stabilization solutions, targeting various sectors such as industry, energy, infrastructure, and areas requiring high-voltage solutions.

You act as a technical representative for equipment such as power transformers, HV AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) breakers, and HV GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) substations, and are able to understand the client's needs and propose the most suitable services to highlight our value-added.

How you will make an impact

• Prospecting and identifying commercial opportunities in various sectors such as industry, energy, infrastructure, etc, for the installation and maintenance services of HT substations.
• Establishing and maintaining close relationships with potential clients, including industrial facility managers, infrastructure managers, energy sector operators, etc.
• Understanding specific customer needs in HT installations and proposing suitable technical solutions, in collaboration with the internal technical team.
• Preparing and presenting customized commercial offers, emphasizing the added value of the company's services in terms of safety, quality, and compliance with standards, to meet the diverse needs of clients in different sectors.
• Collaborating with the technical team to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of clients, regardless of their industry.
• Ensuring regular follow-up on commercial opportunities and ongoing projects, by maintaining effective communication with potential clients and identifying emerging market needs in various sectors.

What you bring

• Possession of a master's degree or equivalent experience in electrotechnics, through professional experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance activities, preferably in the industrial electrical installations sector or HV substations, with the ability to adapt to different industries.
• In-depth knowledge of HV electrical equipment and associated safety standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand the technical needs of clients and present suitable solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the technical team to meet the diverse needs of clients in different sectors.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch and English for interactions with clients and business partners.
• Availability for frequent travel for client visits and participation in industrial events and other sector-related activities.
• Ability to develop comprehensive and competitive commercial offers, considering both technical and commercial aspects, to meet the diverse needs of clients in different sector.
