Are you passionate about Organizational Development, HR Strategy and employee engagement? If so, we are looking for an Expert in Organizational Development & HR Strategy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated HR strategy, thinking about HR Foresight and Trends as well as analyzing employee engagement surveys and leveraging various tools to help organizations understand and improve their employees' experiences. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Understand the needs of the organization and translate it into a consistent HR strategy 
  • Analyse external benchmark and market trends 
  • Design & implement AI based solution for HR standard processes  
  • Design a state-of-the-art employee engagement approach considering the most relevant survey designs, tools, approaches and IT applications in the market 
  • Provide global guidance and framework by designing customized employee engagement surveys based on the organization’s specific needs and goals
  • Strategically evolve engagement survey by reviewing and benchmarking both internally and externally to ensure staying current and adding value for the business in close cooperation with stakeholders 
  • Partner and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent, cohesive messaging, culture, and engagement activities, programs, and events across the organization
  • Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Business units, strategy  
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, Organizational development and/or employee engagement survey design, administration  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover deep insights 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex survey findings 
  • A client-focused mindset with a consultative approach to tailor survey approaches to client needs 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
