A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day begins by collaborating with the software development team to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications that support the operational needs of our 24/7 manufacturing facility. You’ll engage in coding and debugging, ensuring the stability and efficiency of in-house information systems that are critical for core organizational functions.
Throughout the day, you’ll leverage your expertise to write, test, and analyze software programs while documenting modifications and specifications throughout the production life cycle. You’ll apply your strong communication and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, maximizing the benefits of our IT systems investments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- define and develop software applications to meet business requirements within a manufacturing environment
- conduct rigorous testing and analysis of software programs to ensure stability and integrity
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, design, and document software specification
- utilize proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- support Agile/Scrum methodologies in project execution to enhance team collaboration and productivity
- ensure effective communication with stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational goals
What You Bring
- at least 6 years of experience in C# Windows .NET client application development + in designing and developing applications using WPF
- at least 3 years of experience working with the MVVM architecture pattern, proficient in .NET Core with a minimum of 3 years of development experience
- solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns in large-scale, multi-threaded applications for critical business operations
- extensive experience (4+ years) in developing stored procedures, functions, and views using SQL Server, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a team environment
- fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- experience with Infragistics and Telerik controls, Team Foundation Server/DevOps, and SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus
