How You’ll Make an Impact：

• Propose and define manufacturing process for new products and introduce into manufacturing.
• Create and revision of working instruction according to process and technology update and other requirements.
• Prepare and perform manufacturing process training to operators.
• Monitor the process parameter in alignment with WI and other requirements
• Define and optimization of manufacturing devices(equipment, mold, tooling) in alignment with the current development status of the product and process requirements
• Support project manager during planning of trial run and execute trial run, in alignment with project managers. Verify checklist for manufacturing introduction
• Continuous development and improvement of fixtures and tools used during manufacturing process including introduction costs (facility, devices, tools, machines, test equipment).
• Support QA to make the analysis for product failure and process deviation (8D, etc.)
• Improve production technology, and manufacturing processes (optimization of productivity) to gain the higher efficiency and cost saving.
• Other working tasks assigned by the superior                                                                                              

What You Bring：

• 5 to 10 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment,
• 5+ years experience of leading a team
• Professional experience in different function (e.g. sales, PM, production and Engineering etc.)
• International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus.
• Experience in international working environment is a must
• Having worked in a different country is a plus.
• Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
• Major in Engineering, Automation and etc. Good command of English speaking
• EHS knowhow, Quality Sens
