About the Team
We are a dedicated team of Mechanical Gas Turbine Engineers supporting our customers, particularly when they have encountered significant issues. We collect and review all the data available to us to build up a picture of what events have led up to the event and use this knowledge to try to prevent this from re-occurring. This can range from simple changes to the engine, package or control system, or can result in a multi-year project to re-design certain components in the engine. We work closely with the Technical Support teams and Operational Service Desk to assist in urgent issues, and work with the R&D Engineering team to initiate and review proposed design changes. This is a constantly evolving work environment, with no two problems being the same, so a broad range of knowledge and innovative thinking are required.
