As a Quality Manager Service you will ensure that the quality requirements in R&D projects are met and perform corresponding QM activities (e.g. risk assessments especially with a focus on product safety, project milestones).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Your task as Quality Manager in the project is to ensure that the quality requirements in R&D projects are met and perform corresponding QM activities (e.g. risk assessments especially with a focus on product safety, project milestones)
- You will also ensure that QM requirements are met during the bidding phase and during project execution in selected customer projects of the parent company (Erlangen/Nuremberg – Germany) (incl. leading lessons learned workshops)
- In the event of quality problems, you will support the root cause analysis as well as the identification of corrective and preventive measures and their implementation
- In your position as Quality Manager in Service, you will drive process standardization and improve the integrated management system, and support internal and external audits
- Ultimately, you will also conduct internal audits (incl. locations in Germany) or supplier audits and participate in supplier quality management

What You Bring
- The basis of your success is a completed degree, preferably with a technical background or a comparable qualification
- You convince us with several years of professional experience in quality management and/or quality management in (large) projects
- You have experience in the product development process and are familiar with the challenges in product life cycle phases
- You are familiar with product safety requirements (e.g. German Product Liability Law, German Product Safety Law) and have already conducted risk assessments in this context
- You have a sound knowledge of the relevant standards for the quality management system and the management systems for environmental protection and occupational safety (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), ideally also for information security (ISO 27001)
- You have already gained experience as an (internal) auditor and are familiar with quality methods (e.g. problem solving, 8D, Ishikawa, lessons learned)
- Fluent German and English round off your profile
- Confident handling of Office365
- Regular willingness to travel to Nuremberg and Erlangen (Germany), otherwise remote work is possible
