A Snapshot of Your Day
Siemens Energy (SE) has an exciting opportunity within the Global Repair Network Team working closely with our customer-owned Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Centre (MROC) based in Hebei.
The Overhaul Business Manager is a fundamental role within the repair network team based at the MROC facility in Langfang, China. You will support the ongoing day to day gas turbine repair and overhaul processes through the development of a collaborative customer relationship. As a site-based lead you will be responsible for day-to-day customer support, with responsibility for short-term tactical capability programs as well as creating long-term strategic work streams that allow the MROC to balance capability and capacity. As the single point of contact for the customer you will also have site level responsibility for business improvement, project management, commercial engagement, engineering, and technical reviews.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Assume responsibility for cultivating and sustaining business relationships across all levels within the MROC organization. Take charge of the Siemens Energy MROC strategy, ensuring alignment with the Repair Network strategy (both technical and commercial) and the overall objectives of the MROC.
Organize and facilitate essential standard diary stakeholder meetings to foster optimal business interaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support to the MROC’s local engine overhaul reviews and standard diary meetings. Implement a comprehensive communications plan and meeting structure to foster collaborative information sharing.
Act as the principal interface between the Siemens Energy Repair Network interface and the MROC. Effectively manage the regular interactions at all levels to ensure clear communication between the MROC and the Siemens Energy Repair Network.
Establish expectation that reinforce embedded behaviours including safety culture, customer focus, and quality culture within the MROC. Collaborate with the MROC management team to implement agreed-upon measures, ensuring compliance with all the required Safety, Quality and Environmental processes, whilst also supporting the Energy Business Quality Requirements (EBQR) audit program.
Provide Continuous support to the MROC to develop capabilities that are aligned to the Siemens Energy MROC strategic development plan.
Collaborate with the MROC to develop capabilities that are aligned to the Siemens Energy MROC strategy. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement necessary improvement plans.
Monitor and report the overhaul base performance targets through defined key performance indicators. Deliver regular reports at predefined intervals, ensuring contractual performance meets the highest standards.

What You Bring
Ideally have working knowledge of gas turbines, power turbines, and/or aero derivative industrial equipment.
Proven track record of building collaborative customer relationships.
Experience of operating in an repair and overhaul service industry would be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English are required, and you will be able to interact at all levels, demonstrate initiative, and be a flexible self-starter.
Be able to effectively communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and ability to self-manage priorities within the team’s objectives to achieve customer expectations.
