A snapshot of your day
 
Working directly with suppliers worldwide is one of your key responsibilities, as is performing central checks and controls (such as compliance checks).
 
How you'll make an impact:
  • One of your main tasks is to ensure that suppliers all over the world provide correct documentation in time and to work closely together with them
  • Furthermore, you will perform central checks and controls (e.g. Compliance checks)
  • Data enhancements and data correctness goes in hand with handling, reviewing and approving requests via the intranet
  • You are part of an international team responsible for master data servicing various systems of Siemens Energy Group. Therefore, you will join regular online meetings with end users as well as internal team meetings
  • Moreover, you will cooperate with IT-department in case of error messages within our tools or ERP systems occur to improve identified shortcomings
 
What you bring:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally initial relevant professional experience
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Accounting and the meaning of Financial Master Data
  • Fluent English language
  • Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications
  • Social competence towards the team and our business partners.
