A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Factory Commercial Head at Siemens Energy, your day will be a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management, ensuring the factory operates efficiently and profitably. You will support the Head of Factory in both operational and strategic tasks, overseeing business controlling activities such as budgeting, cost-center reporting, and asset management. Your role will involve coordinating commercial offers and project management, where you will analyze risks, manage invoicing, and drive digitalization initiatives. Expect to work in a dynamic, results-oriented team culture that values collaboration and innovation, ultimately contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable solutions while enhancing operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Head of Factory with operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with factory goals.
- Oversee business controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-center reporting.
- Coordinate commercial sales processes, including offer calculations, order confirmations, and risk assessments.
- Manage commercial project activities, including project creation in SAP, risk management, and invoicing.
- Drive asset management and optimization of current assets while ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
- Lead digitalization initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Factory to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 10 - 15 years of Business Finance experience in a multinational company.
- Rich/Solid Factory commercial/finance experience.
- Siemens (Energy) experience is preferred.
- 5+ years project management experience is needed, in accounting and controlling are highly preferred.
- Experienced in leading a diverse and fast-paced team.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
