At the heart of our Human Resources function, the Standardization and Harmonization (S&H) team is a Center of Competence (CoC) dedicated to simplifying, standardizing, and harmonizing HR processes and products. This team provides process management consulting to all teams within HR department, ensuring that HR processes are future-ready and aligned with Siemens Energy's goals.

How you will make an impact
- Work on assigned process standardization and harmonization projects activity under guidance of the project leader
- Act as a link between Global Process Owners, IT systems, Product Owners, and corporate and country team representatives.
- Understand current process and apply process tools and methodologies.
- Drive global process analysis, scoping, and design by capturing input from various teams and analyzing options, and providing alternatives.
- Captures global business process detailed requirements
- Identifies the key elements of the process model: events, tasks, decision points, scenarios and maps current business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) 2.0.
- Maintains the current process models by incorporating incremental changes
- Conducts review and validation session with relevant team members to ensure alignment and understanding of process models.
- Model “To Be” process flows based on BPMN 2.0 standards, conduct cross-functional review sessions, incorporate feedback, and follow validation steps for finalizing the model.
- Analyze the impact of new global processes on the HR process framework and propose options for inclusion in the process hierarchy.
- Collect and analyze global process change requests, and improvement ideas, providing guidance on prioritization and potential implementation options.
- Conduct training/knowledge transfer sessions to enable team members to perform their own process design and promote awareness of the HR process framework.
What you bring
- We are looking for HR Generalists with experience in Process Analysis, Design, and optimization of global business processes.
- Proficiency in applying process modeling standard BPMN 2.0 to create and manage global process flows within any Process Modeling tool (Visio, ARIS, ADONIS, etc.).
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify process bottlenecks, analyze complex workflows, and propose solutions for process standardization and optimization.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate process-related risks, and design effective controls to ensure process integrity and compliance.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse cross-functional collaborators at all levels, capture feedback, address concerns, and drive consensus on process design or improvements.
- Strong relationship-building skills, project leadership, and the ability to use verbal and written communication skills to act as a liaison between the HR function and the business.
- Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others.
- Flexibility in working hours to provide support and collaborate effectively in a global environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business process transformation, with a focus on process digitalization, ideally as a BP improving HR processes or working as an HRBP ensuring end-to-end execution of global process performance and employee transitioning in a global context.
- A university degree in a business-related subject area (e.g., Business administration, HR, etc.), preferably with a focus on HR, IT, process optimization/management, or digital transformation.
