Responsible to perform Finance responsibilities in regard to field service execution for Libya and Iraq business. Also manages forecast and highlights deviations on timely manner, actively involves in corrective actions together with technical organisation and management. Coordinates various stakeholders including RME teams and Germany teams, field service and controlling for smooth execution and financial reporting. Actively works with customers for AR collection, enabling calculations and invoice submissions on time, discrepancies are resolved on timely manner. Responsible for commercial and contractual requirements of the Sales Orders are met, accounting rules, payment plans, taxation, collections are followed, financial forecasting, and risk management is enabled for Libya and Iraq field service business.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Coordinates and monitors with Germany CPM organisation, field service related POs are received, calculations are maintained and invoices are issued on a timely basis.
• Works with Project Management organisation that cost elements are established, calculations are maintained for field services.
• Actively manages accounts receivables and collections arrive on time, discrepancies are resolved on timely manner.
• Provides forecast of financial KPIs, maintain good quality of forecasting accuracy. Coordinates different stakeholders, like Project Management, CPM Germany organisation and Field service organisation for that purpose.
• Provides monthly actual of financial KPIs. Proactively highlights deviations and work with technical teams and management for mitigating action plans.
• Drive digitalization
• Handle other Business Unit specific requests.
• Job requires ability of dealing with complex business issues that arise frequently.   A sense of urgency and the ability to solve problems in a high-paced environment is critical. 

What You Bring

• Business Administration/ Finance qualification
• Proficient in IFRS accounting standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Service Business experience is an asset.
• High proficiency level in offer calculations, concurrent calculations as well as IFRS and US-GAAP requirements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starting and assertive
• Advanced skills in Microsoft package (Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team.
