  • Review drawing and other Design Engineering Documentation with respect to feasibility and determine manufacturing machining plan and communicate plan to appropriate Manufacturing Process Engineer.
  • Provide up-to-date CNC programs, posted code (manuscript), set-up documentation, and tooling information (tool list, tool offset values, etc) for CNC machined operations.
  • Design and manufacture tools/fixtures to be used in product manufacturing.
  • Lead a Manufacturing team for successful execution of a product through the shop (both preparedness and in process support of shop floor execution).

  • Specific knowledge and experience in CAD/CAM technology and methodology either MasterCam or NX
  • Experience working closely with shop floor personnel to solve issues (tooling, machines, etc) as they arise
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience implementing and/or improving manufacturing processes, information, facilities, and production planning in a shop environment
  • Ability to lead / interact with teams to obtain consensus in developing processes and standardizing information flow

Siemens Energy is pausing its mandatory vaccine policy while the issue is addressed by the courts. SEI will monitor the situation closely and may reimplement its policy if required to comply with federal law.
