As a CNC Machinist, brings hands-on experience in operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality outputs through meticulous inspection and adjustments throughout the production process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining machine functionality enable you to consistently deliver precise and efficient results.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Operate and prepare various CNC machines, including milling, EDM, waterjet, and laser drilling, while accurately interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Convert task specifications into computer commands to ensure machines perform the required functions effectively.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines, conduct test runs, and set machines for full production cycles to manufacture large quantities of parts.
• Supervise machine operations, making necessary adjustments during execution to enhance output quality and efficiency.
• Inspect and measure finished products against specifications, perform daily maintenance checks, and ensure optimal machine functionality.

What You Bring

• Hold a technical diploma certificate that supports your expertise in CNC operations.
• Bring 3-4 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machine controls, including Fanuc and Siemens 840 DSL, along with a strong knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing various tooling, including precision measurement tools, to ensure high-quality production.
• Possess the ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and E-drawings, facilitating accurate machine setup and operation.
• Exhibit computer skills with a foundational understanding of computer programming and CAD, enhancing your ability to work efficiently in a modern manufacturing environment.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
