As a business partner for GT functions, you will be the financial partner of functional Heads like Strategy and Sales. You will be responsible for the necessary transparency of actuals, align the FC and Budget with your functional partner. In addition, you will support them to manage cost efficiently & improve the corresponding scope, processes and tools continuously.

How you'll make an impact

• You will take over dedicated GT central support function controlling worldwide, including deviation analyses, clarifications with stakeholders in HQ and regions and align FC changes with the functional heads.
• You will be the business partner for your dedicated functions for all financial budget and forecast processes.
• You will be responsible for efficient processes and proper accounting for your scope of responsibility within the corresponding policies together with your partners in the central functions & execution units (e.g., Service Agreement handling, contribute to P2P processing)
• You will take over special controlling tasks like Capital Investment Controlling, Headcount Controlling, etc
• You will drive harmonization, standardization & automation of processes and tools.

What you bring

• More than 3 years’ experience in controlling
• Experience in the Industrial Environment and in Project Execution is an advantage
• Working experience in an intercultural environment is a must
• Fluent English skills, German skills are preferred
• Professional Knowledge required: Financial Business Planning & Controlling (Business Area), Controlling Policies / Procedures, Accounting Policies / Procedures,
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP & other BI and analytic tools e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Project Reporting Tool, Dash, PowerBI etc.
• Skills: Ability to Analyse, Communication Skills, Results Orientation and Organizing & Quality Orientation
• You are open for changes, solution oriented and you are looking for simplification and active in communication
• You enjoy working in a team, but also contribute individually
