A Snapshot of Your Day 

 

As Business Lead for the PLM transformation in Gas Services Central you are at the forefront of transformative change and your day will be a blend of critical thinking and impactful engagement. You’ll kick off your morning by reviewing the PLM MP and PLM360 activities to ensure their continued alignment and progression towards Gas Service Central’s PLM objectives including progressing towards a part-centric way of working. Engaging with our leadership teams across GS Central, you’ll facilitate vital conversations that drive their agreement while addressing collaborator concerns, making you the bridge between the GS C business and the related programs. As the day unfolds, you’ll supervise the progress of business-related workstreams, proactively identifying, solving or calling out critical issues. Your ability to navigate challenges and foster collaboration will be essential in ensuring that our program objectives not only meet but exceed operational needs.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Leadership and management of high-impact projects within Gas Service Central to prepare for and implement large-scale business process transformations
  • Driving and supporting for the implementation of initiatives such as PLM Masterplan, PLM360, and S4E-Unify, focusing on PLM processes and data
  • Key liaison between the PLM Masterplan, PLM360 project, and Gas Service Central business partners to ensure seamless integration by structuring complex topics and simplifying them into actionable steps
  • Management and prioritization of requirements and expectations of key business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Identification of risks and opportunities, along with the definition of mitigation or realization strategies
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of PLM initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project milestones
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and project management, degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering)
  • Strong understanding of PLM processes, tools, and standard methodologies, including part-centric approaches and service lifecycle stages (e.g., as built, as maintained)
  • Experience with Teamcenter and/ or S4/HANA (Integration experience between them is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills (Change management skills are a plus) as well as ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving strategic goals
  • A proactive, dedicated attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
