A Snapshot of Your Day

You start the day with a coffee in your home office checking emails and a check-in with the team, where most of them are located in Germany. The morning until lunch time you update the KPI dashboards with the newest data and working on new dashboards for different teams around Europe & Africa. The afternoon is filled with coordination meetings for more strategic topics regarding process optimization of internal processes from requirements gathering, project implementation to service support of small robotic and AI solutions to complex strategic software projects.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Evaluate business needs and prioritize initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Engage stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business success.
  • Analyze processes to identify improvements and standardize operational KPIs for transparency.
  • Develop dashboards to visualize key business data effectively.
  • Implement agile project management methodologies and share best practices across SE communities.
  • Support internal business development and automation projects, including technical problem resolution.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Preferable early experience in international supply management, project/order management, or technical fields.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and process automation tools like UI Path or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and cloud-based tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Experience in Scrum project management, effective communication, and the ability to work in diverse, intercultural environments.


About the Team

The Field Data Team supports the field service technicians in Europe and Africa with a diverse team of specialists in documentation, data management and software project managers who create the installation manuals, manage the hardware and software equipment as well as build the digital landscape for the future field service. To be closer to our onsite teams and support our regional customers, we drive for internalization and diversity.
