Responsible for managing projects of Order Management Department in relation to financial aspects and commercial conditions, analyzing and evaluating the progress of the project in relation to what was established at the time of the commercial transition from sales to project management (handover), respecting the applicable guidelines.

Your profile

• Full degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
• At least 2 years' experience in the financial area of business areas, preferably in project control;
• Proficiency in Excel (working with financial and commercial controls);
• Advanced English and Spanish desirable;
• Knowledge of the SAP system will be a plus.

Your responsibilities 

• Commercial and financial control of the Order Management projects, according to the contractual obligations defined by the contract with the client and budget received;
• Operationalize economic-financial aspects and commercial conditions of the projects, in accordance with guidelines, such as PM@Siemens and Siemens Energy Financial
• Reporting Guidelines, analyzing and evaluating the progress of the project after handover by Sales areas;
• Monthly revenue recognition on projects and cash flow/payment plan;
• Ensure timely generation of customer invoices and Hedges;
• Perform project’s financial planning and work with Order manager handling project risk and opportunities, taking countermeasures in the event of deviations from plan;
• Preparation of Forecast of Billing and Costs of Parts Projects for the Controlling;
• Provide support to Order Managers in accounting/tax matters, including Revenue Recognition of parts deliveries, monitoring the formation of stocks and project provisions, open commitments, until the closure of projects in SAP;
