In this role, you will be the go-to person for the GS C organization regarding the business transformation of our PLM landscape that stems across two strategic projects (Teamcenter harmonization (PLM360) and our S4/HANA journey) with a clear focus on PLM. Your day could start with a comprehensive review of ongoing projects, setting strategic priorities, and aligning with cross-functional teams across various time zones. You will play a pivotal role in high-level strategic planning sessions, ensuring the successful execution of transformative initiatives like PLM360 and S4E-Unify. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the integration across our whole PLM value chain. You will be ensuring that the future connections between PLM360, S4E-Unify, and other critical platforms (e.g., MES) effectively support our business objectives. Throughout the day, you will engage with multiple departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the overarching goals of the business transformation. You will tackle complex challenges, decompose them into manageable components, and drive impactful change by removing barriers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage high-impact projects within Gas Service Central, preparing for and implementing large-scale business process transformations
- Spearhead the implementation of initiatives like our Teamcenter harmonization (PLM360) and its integration with S4E-Unify
- Actively engage and collaborate with diverse capabilities and organizations to ensure alignment and integration of digital transformation objectives
- Structure complex topics into clear, actionable steps, simplifying processes for effective execution
- Facilitate robust communication across teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Contribute to and drive change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and practices
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them
- Manage and prioritize the requirements and expectations of key business stakeholders with a focus to ensure business continuity
- Resolve escalations and ensure seamless project execution, escalating unresolved issues as necessary
- Directly influence the efficiency and innovation of our business transformation journey, fostering cross-departmental knowledge exchange and collaboration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- Longterm of project management experience in the targeted selection and standardized implementation of digital tools and process changes across global locations
- Proven experience with Teamcenter implementations; integration experience with Teamcenter/ S4/HANA platforms is a significant advantage
- Strong background in Engineering and/or Manufacturing
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization
- Exceptional communication skills and a solid foundation in change management principles
- A proactive mindset with a strong motivation to drive change and enhance business processes for future success
