A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for managing the project contract deliverables by use of the document management tool, throughout the project lifecycle. Regular status reporting to Project Management and Document Control in the UK.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Allocating document numbers, creating placeholders through Alteryx
• Set up supplier packages, QA checks on results e.g. Viewpoint for SSEN and Aconex for MPNL!
• Manage review workflows in line with project timescales
• Distribute workflow comments – Client – Suppliers - Internal
• Hard copy submissions to site, Submission of As-builds
• Support Document Control team and Interact with wider project team
• Downloading closed Technical Questions from Client’s systems e.g. Viewpoint and loading of these into Aconex.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and communications with external collaborators

What you bring

• Ideally, experience with database systems/documentation tools
• 2-year + document control project experience, 2-year document management systems experience
• Document / Configuration Control training
• Engineering or Project Management Degree or equivalent qualification
• Preferable IT Systems (Microsoft Office, ACC, Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint)
• Quality Aware, communication and reporting skills
• Good written and spoken English
