Job Summary:
As a BV Manufacturing & Quality Process Lead, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to redefine and enhance our business processes. You will serve as an ambassador, analyzing current processes, defining business requirements, and designing future state processes. You will collaborate closely with Process Leads, Product Line counterparts, and IT business leads to ensure the new processes meet business requirements and drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Rollout Enablement Phase
- Define the objectives and scope for process redefinition projects.
- Form and lead a cross-functional team within the respective product line.
- Create an overview and documentation of existing processes.
- Identify pain points and bottlenecks in current processes.
- Foster collaboration across business units to identify commonalities and synergies.
- Define and review Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
- Define future state design objectives and develop improved processes, considering key design decisions.
- Prepare decisions for specific product line key stakeholders
Rollout Execution Phase
- Support the evaluation of new process flows.
- Assist in finalizing the scope of end-to-end processes.
- Support key users in validating process flows.
After GoLive
- Provide support to end-users during the Go-live and Hypercare phases.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the IT organization to address issues and requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and process management.
- Understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with PLM, SAP and MES systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or additional certifications in relevant fields.
- Experience in project management or change management.
- Prior involvement in process improvement initiatives.
Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
