A Snapshot of Your Day
The Product Analyst – ServiceNow (HRSD) is essential in supporting and delivering our HRSD ServiceNow platform strategy and solutions. The role holder will partner with the development team & Process Owners to align the development efforts with the overall vision, goals, and priorities of HRSD ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of the HRSD ServiceNow system within the organisation. The incumbent will analyse processes, collect business and system requirements, and collaborate with partners to ensure the effective utilisation of the HRSD ServiceNow platform. The role holder will be expected to support the delivery of high-quality HRSD ServiceNow solutions which are aligned with business needs by working closely with Process Owners, People Tech Members and Tech specialists, as well as external vendors. The role holder will support gathering of requirements and management of the product backlog and will work closely with team members to optimally deliver HRSD ServiceNow projects which align with the standards set by the platform team.
Product Vision, Roadmap and Operations
- Assist product team with setting strategy, vision, and roadmap for HRSD ServiceNow
- Support in designing and implementing standardized procedures to ensure effective system maintenance.
- Support the development of a clear vision for the product based on user feedback and own experience.
- Maintain the product backlog and ensure that it is updated regularly.
- Work on the prioritised backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical considerations.
- Analyze business problems associated with HRSD ServiceNow and provide solutions that fit within the framework and capabilities of the product.
- Capture feedback and incorporate it into the product backlog and roadmap.
- Support in development of testing strategy and testing scripts
- Provide support in coordinating the product release schedule in collaboration with the development team and collaborators.
Continuous Improvement
- Apply understanding of the HRSD ServiceNow system to identify and explore new features, opportunities, and to propose continuous improvement measures.
- Support the adoption of a standardized product.
- Adapt and adjust the product backlog and strategy based on lessons learned and changing market conditions.
- Collaborate with process owners to obtain vital inputs to update the product to support process or policy changes.
- Support concerned stakeholders to identify root causes to ongoing challenges.
- Support in resolving opportunities to pursue with in alignment to the organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of latest trends and leading practices in the market.
Communication, Collaboration & Implementation
- Support implementation of the initiatives launched to increase standardisation and enhance experience.
- Focus on building a culture of continuous product excellence and improvement.
- Support the Product Owner & Process Owners in answering product-related questions and decisions for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring consistency to service level agreements and contract terms while optimising vendor performance to meet organisational needs and objectives
- Consistent track record in leading initiatives, driving organizational change, and influencing teams to achieve compliance and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sophisticated situations, identify key issues, and develop strategic solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and demands with ease.

Fluency in English is crucial, enabling clear and effective communication with global teams and customers.

What You Bring
Skills
- Solid understanding and ideally certification of HRSD ServiceNow and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Superb communication skills to effectively work with the development team and stakeholders in line with the product vision and requirements.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to define clear user stories and prioritise backlog items effectively.
- Ability to balance technical considerations with business and user needs.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Strong data leadership skills and experience to interrogate ServiceNow to optimise solution or support business needs/ understanding
Education & experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.).
- HRSD ServiceNow Certification is preferably
- Previous experience in a Product Analyst or similar role is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR Operating models and process design to optimise utilisation of HRSD ServiceNow module.
- Ability to work in a technological environment whilst working with business users.
- Able to translate technical concepts to business users.
- Experience in systems development lifecycle in HRSD ServiceNow
