A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Service Expert for Hydrogen Solutions is responsible for defining and managing serviceability requirements, as well as developing technical service concepts for both reference plant development and specific customer projects. He is also responsible for service products of an electrolyzer product line over the entire life cycle. In addition to preparing essential documents, requirements specifications, and conducting service studies such as pre-engineering studies, the Service Expert for Hydrogen Solutions serves as a crucial link in bringing operational fleet experience back to the product development and lifecycle management teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Take responsibility for service products of an electrolyzer product line (e.g. Elyzer P-300) over the entire life cycle
  • Define service requirements for reference plant development as well as for customer specific projects, develop and revise technical service concepts and conduct service studies
  • Contribute as technical expert to sales projects e.g. with pre-engineering studies, avalibility studies etc.
  • Advise the service implementation team on corrective and preventive service events
  • Share operational fleet experience with the product life cycle management team and contribute to product change management
What You Bring
  • Degree in electrical engineering, automation, process engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
  • Professional experience in various service engineering positions or engineering positions
  • Great passion for the field of energy transition and decarbonization
  • High degree of flexibility and agility also feeling comfortable in an environment characterized by personal responsibility and initiative 
  • Analytical and methodical approach during failure analysis, operation data evaluation and troubleshooting
  • Ability in and positive attitude torwards tackling new and unforeseen tasks within your field of responsibility
  • Fluent negotiation skills in German and English are required
