A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be at the heart of a strategic HR transformation project on IT side, driving the successful implementation of several HR applications in collaboration with the HR Business and other key stakeholders. Your active role will ensure seamless coordination across internal departments, external vendors, and global partners. You will be shaping the project’s success by managing dependencies, aligning timelines, and ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy’s tailored PMI-based methodology.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Overall leading IT-related aspects of global strategic projects, like the E2E Onboarding initiative, in close cooperation with customers and the Business Project Manager.
  • Address interdependencies across initiatives and manage a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with solution architects and project managers to align external and internal collaborators from HR and IT.
  • Oversee core PM fields: detailed work planning, risk and issue management, budgeting, testing, and cutover planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Siemens Energy’s PMI-based IT project methodology, including Quality Gates and regular status reporting.
  • Prepare and participate in Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-level updates.
What You Bring
  • Completed university degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects, ideally in HR IT and BPO transformation environments.
  • Excellent coordination skills working with collaborators across global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with full business proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of HR IT landscapes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise project methodologies and governance frameworks.
