- Overall leading IT-related aspects of global strategic projects, like the E2E Onboarding initiative, in close cooperation with customers and the Business Project Manager.
- Address interdependencies across initiatives and manage a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Coordinate with solution architects and project managers to align external and internal collaborators from HR and IT.
- Oversee core PM fields: detailed work planning, risk and issue management, budgeting, testing, and cutover planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to Siemens Energy’s PMI-based IT project methodology, including Quality Gates and regular status reporting.
- Prepare and participate in Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-level updates.
- Completed university degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or similar.
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects, ideally in HR IT and BPO transformation environments.
- Excellent coordination skills working with collaborators across global teams.
- Excellent communication skills with full business proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Deep understanding of HR IT landscapes.
- Familiarity with enterprise project methodologies and governance frameworks.
