Join us in a pivotal role that ensures business continuity for our technical sales function serving the Oil & Gas and Chemical (OGC) markets in North America. You will be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding our client base within the Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization portfolio. Imagine developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and translating complex customer requirements into viable technical solutions. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting while addressing the unique needs of our clients. How You’ll Make an Impact


  • You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned North American territory, driving growth and market share in the OGC sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, engineering leads, and procurement managers at major client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs, ensuring you stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized technical solutions that deliver significant value to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and providing reliable forecasts.

What You Bring


  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical) or Business with proven technical aptitude.
  • 8 years experience in technical sales or key account management within the Oil & Gas and/or Chemical industries. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level position.
  • A demonstrated track record of managing long-cycle, complex sales and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard sales reporting methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for project needs domestically (US and Canada).
