Join us as the Head of Bid Management for Oil & Gas GTC Turbine Driven Compressors, where you will lead a global team dedicated to securing pivotal projects. You will oversee the entire bid lifecycle, collaborating with sales to develop opportunities and guiding negotiations through to project execution. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead, mentor, and develop a global bid management team focused on gas turbine-driven compression trains.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and key stakeholders to develop and implement winning bid strategies.
• Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring all proposals are of high quality, complete, and submitted on time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the bid management function to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on compressor and gas turbine sizing and selection to strategically position our products in the market.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• With over 12 years of progressive experience in application engineering, sales, or project management for turbomachinery in the Oil & Gas sector, you bring valuable expertise.
• You possess strong technical knowledge in turbomachinery, including centrifugal compressors and gas turbines, along with a deep understanding of oil and gas industry applications.
• Your proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills enable you to manage global teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering and sizing software.

Our team is dedicated to supporting Siemens Energy’s strategic initiatives and ensuring our gas turbine solutions meet the evolving needs of the market. Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
