Join our Commercial Project Management Team in Global Service Operations for Medium Gas Turbines and step into a rewarding leadership role where collaboration and trust drive success. You’ll guide a high-performing team of 7–12 talented professionals across the Middle East and Latin America, ensuring every project meets its P&L targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Working closely with senior regional colleagues, you’ll foster alignment, engagement, and innovation within your portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Project Management, you will be at the heart of delivering impact while shaping a forward-thinking team culture that supports strategic goals and growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the operational delivery of the project portfolio in your regions, managing P&L, project quality, deadlines, reviews, and performance outcomes.
• Act as the Finance GSO MGT counterpart to regional management colleagues, building strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Manage personnel responsibilities, from work allocation to coaching, development, and performance target follow-up.
• Plan resource needs, recruit, and onboard new team members while nurturing continuous improvement.
• Champion a customer-first approach for internal and external stakeholders and embed a quality-focused culture across your team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or in a senior financial role.
• Inclusive and engaging leadership style, with a passion for team development.
• Strong change management abilities and an innovative, solution-focused mindset.
• Strategic thinker who can balance the big picture with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English proficiency.
