A Snapshot of Your Day
The Talent Acquisition Leader for Latin America will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives across the region. This role will focus on streamlining and harmonizing recruitment operations, enhancing talent attraction efforts, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Latin American labor market, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
How You’ll Make an Impact
● Lead and mentor a team of recruiters across various countries in Latin America fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
● Identify opportunities for process improvements through the region
● Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of recruitment efforts
● Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their talent needs and build impactful recruitment strategies
● Ensure recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive across all level of the organization
What You Bring
● Proven experience in managing recruitment operations in Latin America
● Fluency in Spanish and English required. Portuguese preferred
● Proficiency in recruitment software and HR systems
● Ability to interpret data in order to drive decisions and behavior
● Availability to travel up to 10% of the working hours
● Strategic thinking skills
● A passion for recruitment
