A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our team as a Sales Quality Manager in Projects, where your emotional intelligence will shine as you build strong relationships with customers and team members alike. You will play a pivotal role in representing the Quality function during the Sales phase, focusing on negotiating quality criteria within contract documentation. Your day will involve reviewing contract documentation for quality aspects, negotiating quality activity budgets with customers and the Sales team, conducting quality risk analyses, and participating in customer contract negotiation meetings. Imagine preparing draft quality plans and aligning quality expectations with customers, all while contributing to a sustainable energy future.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will lead the review of contract documentation, ensuring all quality aspects are thoroughly addressed.
  • Negotiate quality activity budgets with both customers and the Sales team to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality risk analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Join customer contract negotiation meetings, representing the Quality function and advocating for quality standards.
  • Prepare draft quality planning documents and align quality expectations with customers to foster strong partnerships.

What You Bring

  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English, and enjoy being the ambassador for quality within the Sales organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational quality management, quality assurance, and ideally project execution and sales.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management systems such as ISO9001, 10005, and 10006 is essential.
  • A team player who thrives in multicultural project teams and can navigate complex, cross-functional organizations with empathy and respect.
  • You possess a structured and organized approach, with a proactive mindset to address risks before they materialize.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally is required, but not on a regular basis.
