As a Product Analyst – ServiceNow (HRSD), you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HRSD ServiceNow platform within the organization. You will analyze processes, gather business and system requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the platform.
Working closely with Process Owners, People Tech teams, technical specialists, and external vendors, you will help deliver high-quality HRSD solutions aligned with business needs. You will support requirements gathering and product backlog management, and work with stakeholders to deliver HRSD projects in line with platform standards and overall product vision and company objectives.
- Support demand management by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing business requirements and improvement opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in defining the HRSD ServiceNow strategy, vision, and roadmap. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, technical considerations, and changing requirements.
- Analyze business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with HRSD ServiceNow capabilities. Work with process owners to support process changes and coordinate product releases with development teams and stakeholders.
- Help stakeholders identify root causes, support standardization initiatives, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback, lessons learned, and business needs.
- Support the Product Owner, Process Owners, and development teams by providing product guidance, answering questions, and communicating the product vision.
- Use HRSD ServiceNow knowledge to identify new features and improvements. Manage vendor relationships and support performance against service agreements and contracts
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.).
- Previous experience in a Product Analyst or similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR Operating models and process design to optimize utilization of HRSD ServiceNow module. Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a technological environment whilst working with business users.
- Able to translate technical concepts to business users. Excellent communication skills to effectively work with the development team and stakeholders in line with the product vision and requirements.
- Experience in systems development lifecycle in HRSD ServiceNow. Strong data management skills and experience to interrogate ServiceNow to optimize solution or support business needs/ understanding. HRSD ServiceNow Certification is preferably
