Step into a pivotal leadership role where you guide a talented team of project management professionals driving R&D projects for Medium Gas Turbines. You’ll set the vision for PMO excellence, champion process improvements, and ensure our project portfolio aligns with strategic business goals. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PMO team, setting clear goals and managing resource allocation to meet project demands.
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance, implementing best practices, templates, and standards across the technical organization.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to project teams on R&D PM processes and tools such as OnePM and MS Planner.
  • Oversee the entire R&D project portfolio execution, monitoring dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Consolidate and report on project status, financials, and key metrics to senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and stakeholder management.

What You Bring

  • MSc or BSc degree in Engineering, , or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in R&D project management or within a PMO, with a proven track record in team leadership and good communication skills.
  • Strong skills in project and program management, risk management, governance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You are familiar with Siemens Energy R&D processes.
  • Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are an asset

About the Team

You’ll join a dedicated group within the Core Development and Engineering function, focused on supporting R&D projects for Medium Gas Turbines. The team is committed to driving innovation, ensuring project excellence, and maintaining alignment with our strategic business goals. Together, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
