As the manager for Service Logistics Material Control, you drive the availability of spare parts and cores across all product frames, ensuring reliability, flexibility, and speed in a demanding market. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage two groups—Parts & Inventory and Core & Development—within the Service Operations Supply Chain Logistics department.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure high service levels for both new and refurbished spare parts and cores, supporting planned and unplanned service globally.
- Collaborate closely with Service, Product Line, Purchasing, and regional teams to optimize end-to-end material availability and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools to maintain material availability amid growth and market uncertainties.
- Uphold our values and team spirit while contributing to the management team and reporting directly to the Head of GSO MGT Operations.

About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative team of 20 within OP MC, part of a larger supply chain management function of around 70 dedicated colleagues based in Finspång, Sweden. OP MC is made up of the Parts & Inventory and Core & Development departments, united by a mission to ensure both short- and long-term material availability for the MGT service business worldwide. Our team is driven by long-term strategy, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous development. We value knowledge sharing, teamwork, and supporting one another—while always striving to deliver first-class service and enjoying our work along the way. Our leaders inspire and empower, balancing daily operations with futureproofing our supply chain.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
