Join Siemens Energy’s Legal team in a role where variety and challenge are part of your everyday work. You’ll dive into complex sales contract negotiations with customers across the global energy market, working closely with colleagues from different countries and cultures. Your expertise will guide the business in technology cooperations, while you keep our standard agreements up-to-date with the latest regulatory and market practices. You’ll be at the heart of business-critical decisions, ensuring our operations are legally sound and strategically positioned for success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as a trusted advisor, managing legal matters in areas such as commercial and contract law, intellectual property, product liability, procurement, corporate law and claims management.
• Use your entrepreneurial thinking to balance governance and business needs, addressing complex business challenges.
• Collaborate globally to share knowledge, align best practices, and support key business transactions.
• Strategically manage costs, streamline operations, and elevate our Legal department’s standards.
• Create and deliver impactful training sessions to equip stakeholders with essential legal knowledge.

What You Bring

• A Swedish law degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized international university.
• 3–6 years of experience practicing commercial law, ideally within complex infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset to facilitate successful transactions.
• Proven ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and make informed decisions.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, with experience using IT tools in your legal work.

About the Team

You’ll be part of Siemens Energy AB’s Legal Department as well as the Global Gas Services Legal department, supporting all our business operations in Sweden and the global Gas Services division. Collaborating with the wider Legal and Compliance community of over 500 colleagues worldwide, you’ll share knowledge, align standards, and provide advice to help us meet our ambitious goals in the energy sector.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
