- Assess training material needs of local sites and gather, review, and consolidate local content for white and blue collar technical and non-technical trainings
- Collaborate with local training managers, trainers, and subject matter experts and external suppliers to develop training materials, including presentations, videos, AI-supported videos, e-learnings, interactive digital training, and AR/VR trainings
- Oversee version control and continuous improvement of training materials
- Continuously adapt and enhance existing training offerings, including digital formats (theory and practical exercises)
- Support the definition and enhancement of training curricula for both workshop and office training programs
- Act as the primary interface to the internal and external supplier network and coordinate supplier activities
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Long-term professional experience as a Technical Trainer, Training Content Developer, or in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of Energy Grid Technology products, particularly Power Transformers and Switchgears
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging, interactive technical training programs and learning content
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills; formal certifications in training and education are an advantage
- Excellent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
