Imagine leading international projects in an inspiring and innovative project organization, where you are ultimately responsible for delivering gas turbine services according to service contracts for our customers. You collaborate with both local and regional teams within Europe and Africa and constantly face new challenges that help you and your team grow. In this role, you have the opportunity to build long-term relationships, create trust, and work closely with our customers. Here, you are a key person driving service contracts forward and contributing to our shared success. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • As a CCM, you are responsible for a number of service contracts and have global responsibility for execution and results. 
  • You lead project teams and have overall responsibility for the projectsincluding reporting to our steering committee. 
  • You are the customer contactwhere trust, transparency, and dialogue are key values. 
  • You conduct customer visits and communicate regularly with the customer and our regional Siemens Energy offices. The position involves approximately 4-8 international trips per year. 
  • You build long-term personal relationships and gain insights into the customer’s needs, decision-making processes, and key peopleYou also establish good relationships with our local representatives around the world. 
  • You identify customer needs and opportunitiespromote service products, and find opportunities for additional sales. 
What You Bring 
  • You have several years of experience as a project manager, or alternatively experience in sales or procurement roles, and hold a relevant technical or business university degree. 
  • You understand and can manage advanced risk and opportunity management, creating a win-win situation for both Siemens Energy and our customers. 
  • To thrive in this role, you need to be structured, goal-oriented, and flexible, taking initiative with strong social skills and a positive attitude. 
  • You can collaborate with different cultures and have experience in international business and negotiations. 
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish. 
  • Industry knowledge and product expertise are advantageous, and previous experience from a service organization is beneficial. 

About the Team  

You will become part of a dedicated team responsible for customer care and the delivery of overhauls to all customers with Finspång-manufactured gas turbines in Europe. Our customers are primarily within the industrial, power generation, and oil & gas sectors. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and contribute to our shared success. 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
