A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as an AI Adoption Intern, where no two days are the same! Imagine engaging with your Real Estate (RE) colleagues to identify pain points and explore how AI can enhance their workflows. You’ll write user-friendly how-to guides for new tool features, review feedback from AI pilots, and update our AI capability register with exciting new tools. You’ll also participate in product governance sessions, taking notes and tracking actions, while conducting independent research on relevant AI tools. This role is your opportunity to bridge the gap between innovative technology and the people who will benefit from it!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the onboarding and adoption of RE’s first AI-assisted account management tool as it transitions into production.
• Engage with RE colleagues to identify and document AI use cases, ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain an accessible overview of available AI tools and capabilities within the RE and Siemens Energy.
• Produce enablement materials, including guides, FAQs, and short explainers tailored for non-technical users.
• Track adoption signals, escalating any blockers or feedback to the Product Owner to ensure smooth implementation.

What You Bring

• A passion for technology and a keen interest in AI tools and their applications.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation for various audiences.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with project management or governance processes is a plus.
