How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead innovation by crafting and managing the technical roadmap for Balance of Plant, including the development of conceptual designs to fulfil customer needs
- Drive excellence in execution by integration of developed conceptual designs within the engineering organization, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Product Owner and fostering knowledge dissemination throughout D GCO.
- Lead transformative change by orchestrating the implementation of enhanced and novel approaches to the Way of Working, in close partnership with the Process Owner, to streamline operations and elevate productivity.
- Act as a pivotal force by providing coordination and Engineering support during the critical stages of bid proposals and order execution projects, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Play a vital role in shaping the future by contributing to IT and digitalization initiatives pertinent to Extended Scope
