Role:

Performs complex and technically demanding hands-on work on-site in a specialized area of Field Service for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is more difficult and complex.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Performs complex, specialized hands-on tasks on turbine and/or generator equipment during new installation, overhaul, repair, or modification projects in accordance with Siemens Energy work procedures.
  • Completes documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
  • Performs complex service calls and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
  • Performs assessment of equipment condition and applies repair or improvement measures based on standard catalogue of corrective measures.
  • Participates in responding to semi-complex service calls.

Eligibility:

  • Kuwaiti national
  • Engineering Degree or Diploma holder (Electrical preferred) from recognized university
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years maintenance experience on prime movers in Power Station or Oil & Gas
  • Willingness to work in shifts, frequent travelling and working abroad as necessary
  • Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken
  • Willing to work in multi-cultural teams
  • Result driven, Team Player & self-motivated

You will be trained for the specialized tasks by providing theory and practical classroom and on-the job trainings followed by certification program.
