A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager, you will lead and coach a diverse team in executing project management activities related to Gas Turbines, Generators, and Compressors across various industries. You will collaborate within a cross-border, cross-functional matrix organization to ensure the successful implementation of project objectives while representing project status to senior management and driving strategies for project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and lead project teams throughout the project life cycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Develop and implement project success strategies while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Control project budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and inclusiveness while promoting safety and compliance.
  • Report project status to senior management, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, delivery time, and budget.
  • Cultivate talent through training, development, and succession planning across matrix organizations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on technical, commercial, and people management.
  • Strong engineering competency in rotating equipment and knowledge of international standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, ERP, and CAD systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Independent thinker with strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence decisions across diverse cultures.

About the Team 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
