Imagine stepping into a role where your analytical skills and proactive mindset drive the success of our Global HR Business Partners at Siemens Energy. As a Working Student, you’ll dive into the heart of our dynamic HR function, supporting strategic business and people initiatives. Based in Budapest or Portugal, you’ll have the flexibility to balance your studies while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Your day will be filled with opportunities to analyze data, craft insightful reports, and contribute to impactful HR projects, all while being an essential part of a global team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Gather, clean, and analyze HR data to create insightful reports and dashboards for management.
  • Draft and refine presentation materials for leadership meetings and internal communications.
  • Support global HR projects by researching best practices and developing recommendations.
  • Act as a communication proxy for HRBPs, managing emails and queries during their absence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate complex calendars and travel logistics.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and local language; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems like Workday is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive work style, and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work for a min 24 hours/week
