A Snapshot of Your Day


You support the Finance team with daily administrative and transactional tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in finance operations, HR administration, and ERP‑based processing. You work closely with finance and HR colleagues and contribute to accurate documentation and efficient processes.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support general administrative tasks within the Finance department
  • Assist with HR‑related administration and documentation
  • Book invoices and travel expense documents in Pantheon ERP
  • Support the review and booking of travel logs and related records
  • Maintain and organize financial and administrative documentation

What You Bring

  • Active university enrollment (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Interest in working with ERP systems (Pantheon is a plus)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good English skills; Croatian is an advantage
