This role offers you hands-on experience in both editorial and technical content creation, allowing you to contribute to events and campaigns that connect our diverse workforce. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain and update content across our internal communications platforms to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Create editorial content tailored to various audiences and channels, enhancing communication effectiveness.
• Participate in communication and engagement projects and campaigns that inspire and connect employees.
• Support reporting, content administration, and channel performance tracking to optimize our communication strategies.

What You Bring

• You are currently studying journalism, communication, media studies, or a related field.
• You possess strong English language skills. Danish language skills is an advantage
• You approach your work with creativity and care.
• You demonstrate excellent attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
• You understand how to tailor communication to different target audiences and channels effectively.
• You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in corporate communications and a keen interest in the energy transition.
• Good excel skills and familiarity with SharePoint or other communication platforms is a plus.
