A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow and full support to production lines. Your day involves close interaction with production, quality, engineering, and planning areas to guarantee timely supply, accurate inventory management, and safe operations. You ensure that all warehouse activities run smoothly and that both physical movements and system transactions are reliable and aligned with operational needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensure the safety, integrity, and well‑being of all personnel within warehouse work areas.
  • Monitor and drive performance against established KPIs such as production plan adherence, overtime, inventory accuracy, NCRs, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee the proper use and operation of warehouse machinery and devices, supported by continuous training programs for staff.
  • Guarantee the timely and accurate supply of materials to production lines.
  • Ensure the correct reception, inspection, and registration of all materials arriving at the plant.
  • Maintain the reliability and consistency of inventory through strong control processes.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or similar leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP or similar), inventory control, material handling, receiving, supply, location, cycle counting, and data entry.
  • Understanding of Lean principles applied to manufacturing and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital tools used in warehouse operations.
  • Intermediate English level (B2).
  • Strong leadership skills with effective communication across unionized and non‑unionized teams; strengths in planning, organization, problem‑solving, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and urgency.
